Self Isolating Advice

Repeat Prescriptions

Please allow 72 hours for requests for repeat prescriptions to be prepared. Where possible it is appreciated if you can make your requests using the counterfoil provided.

From 1st March 2018 your pharmacy will no longer be able to order your repeat prescription therefore it will be your responsibility to order the medication you require.

Requests can be made in writing in person, by fax, online, or post if a stamped addressed envelope is provided.

We are unable to accept requests for repeat prescriptions by telephone.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
